
Business Development Representative at a HealthTech Startup

Our client, an early stage HealthTech startup is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their growing team and drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth. You’ll be foundational in shaping their outbound motion, working closely with the founding GTM team to test messaging, iterate fast, and land meetings with key decision-makers in the senior living and home health space.
About the Role:
Own outbound prospecting
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging
Engage prospects via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Qualify inbound leads and route high-potential opportunities to AEs
Maintain clean and accurate data in Hubspot
Partner closely cross-functional teams to relay customer insights and optimize campaigns
Experiment with new tools, scripts, and sequences to optimize conversion rates
About You:
1+ years of experience in a health tech sales or business development role
Proven ability to hit or exceed pipeline or meeting targets
Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling
Clear, concise communicator—strong written skills are a must
High agency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative without waiting to be told
Passion for technology, healthcare, or solving complex systems problems
