Position Status: Full-time
Location: Denton - Shady Oaks, TX
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (subject to change; ability to work on weekends)
Pay Range: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Travel: 10‑25% of the time
Responsibilities
Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers.
Work independently, spending time both inside an office and on the property.
Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
Conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready for rent.
Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
Prior experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, hospitality, customer service/sales, or self‑storage is a plus.
Strong customer‑service skills and ability to work independently.
Must possess a Real ID or Passport to travel to the San Antonio training center (Effective 5/7/25).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
