Pay
$18.50 to $19.50 per hour

Job Description
Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.
General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
Daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to perform essential functions.
Requirements
Effective 5/7/25: Must have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to walk in and around the property, spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining the property curb appeal.
