Job Title Sales and Service Assistant Manager

Reports To District Manager

Employment Status Full‑time, FSLA Status: Non‑Exempt

Location Fridley - Central and Crystal - Hanson Court, MN

Work Schedule Monday‑Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends

Pay Range $18.50 to $19.50 per hour

Travel 25%‑50% of the time

Responsibilities

Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers.

Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.

Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.

Conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent.

Accurately process payments and handle cash.

Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet essential job functions.

Requirements

Real ID or passport required to travel to the San Antonio training center (Effective 5/7/25).

Prior experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food, hospitality, customer service, sales, or self‑storage is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Walk and operate in outdoor environments up to 50% of the time, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining property curb appeal.
