Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Costa Mesa, CA, for a TikTok Brand Manager. The TikTok Brand Manager will own WOLFpak’s TikTok strategy and creator ecosystem: recruiting and managing creators, designing platform‑native campaigns, optimizing content for TikTok algorithms, coordinating TikTok Shop and in‑app commerce opportunities, managing TikTok Lives (hosts, scheduling, run‑of‑show), and measuring performance to scale growth. The role requires close collaboration with creative, marketing, sales, and affiliate teams to maximize reach, engagement, live commerce conversions, and direct‑response revenue on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute WOLFpak’s TikTok strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of TikTok creators and micro‑influencers; negotiate partnerships and compensation.
Design, brief, and oversee platform‑native creative (short‑form video, trends, challenges, UGC) aligned with WOLFpak’s brand identity.
Plan, produce, and manage TikTok Live events: recruit and coordinate hosts, create schedules, produce run‑of‑show, manage live product demos and promotions, and ensure seamless technical execution.
Coordinate TikTok campaigns with affiliate programs and integrate influencer activity into broader marketing and sales initiatives (including TikTok Shop where applicable).
Monitor TikTok performance metrics, analyze trends, and iterate creative, live, and media strategies for optimization.
Manage content calendars, creator and host deliverables, and approval workflows to ensure timely campaign execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, live hosts, talent agencies, and platform reps.
Qualifications
Proven, hands‑on experience managing brand presence and creator partnerships on TikTok.
Hands‑on experience producing and managing TikTok Lives, coordinating hosts, scripting/run‑of‑show, and driving live commerce results.
Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, content formats, and best practices for viral and conversion‑driven content.
Experience with TikTok Shop, in‑app commerce, or other native social commerce solutions is strongly preferred.
Background in affiliate/partner management, influencer negotiation, or account management.
Strong creative sensibility with ability to brief and oversee short‑form video and live production.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and reporting tools to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple creator/host relationships and campaign/live timelines.
Passion for fitness/athletic lifestyle and previous brand experience preferred.
