Role Summary: WOLFpak is hiring an on-site Influencer & Affiliate Manager to own influencer recruiting/relationships, affiliate program growth, and social-platform creator initiatives (including TikTok strategy and Live commerce). This role partners with marketing, sales, and creative teams to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue through creator and affiliate channels. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliate partners across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Develop and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive awareness and conversions. Coordinate TikTok Lives and other live-commerce events: recruit hosts, build schedules, create run-of-show, and manage technical/logistical execution. Negotiate agreements, manage deliverables and payments, and maintain partner relationships. Integrate influencer activity with affiliate tracking and performance incentives. Oversee creator content briefs, review assets, and ensure brand consistency. Monitor KPIs, produce regular performance reports, and make optimization recommendations. Manage affiliate tracking tools and troubleshoot attribution/commission issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to align influencer programs with product launches and promotions. Qualifications: 2+ years managing influencer and/or affiliate programs for consumer brands (in-house preferred). Proven experience with TikTok creator partnerships and live commerce is strongly preferred. Hands-on knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and reporting. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. Ability to brief creative work, evaluate content quality, and scale creator-driven campaigns. Analytical mindset; comfortable with performance metrics and ROI analysis. Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partnerships and timelines. Passion for fitness/athletic products a plus. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
