As a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client cases from after intake through resolution. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will help ensure that our clients fully understand their legal options and receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial client interviews to gather information on incidents and injuries
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients promptly in both English and Spanish
Review and understand medical records related to clients' injuries
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategy, identifying key issues, and preparing legal documents
Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with deadlines
Advocate for clients' rights and interests
Conduct legal research related to personal injury cases and assist attorneys in forming legal strategies

Must understand Filevine, personal injury law, and medicine
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple casesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
Ability to be a self-starter, take initiative, and think critically
Comply with the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct
