About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced

Commercial Lines Producer

to build and grow a book of business in the Spartanburg territory. This is a

true hunter role —ideal for someone who thrives on developing new relationships and creating opportunities, while leveraging agency-provided leads and support.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow a commercial lines book

Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads

Build and manage client relationships from prospect through renewal

Collaborate with account managers and underwriters on tailored solutions

Maintain pipeline activity and documentation in CRM

Attend in-office meetings (approx. 3x/month + 1 day/week)

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial insurance sales experience

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-starter with a hunter mentality

Preferred

CIC or CPCU designation (or willingness to obtain; sponsored)

Experience in construction, habitational, restaurants, or healthcare

Salary
Base + Commission + Draw
