Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an active pipeline

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Uncover and assess customer needs through effective discovery and consultation

Guide clients confidently through each stage of the sales process

Conduct tours, complete follow-up, and close deals efficiently

Accurately document client interactions, activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM

Communicate updates, insights, and outcomes to internal teams

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively consult and close clients

Qualifications

Proven success in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self‑motivated with a competitive, goal‑driven mindset

Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving results

Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity

College degree preferred, but not required

Professional appearance and positive, team‑oriented attitude

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
