Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our Construction team and lead field operations on a high‑profile 354‑unit Class A luxury residential project in Stamford, CT. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a complex project from the ground up, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, schedule, and execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in MEP coordination and out‑of‑ground construction, thrives in a hands‑on leadership role, and is confident managing all aspects of on‑site operations while collaborating closely with the broader project team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all daily on‑site construction activities from project start through closeout.
Manage subcontractors, field staff, and trades to ensure adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Oversee the installation, sequencing, and coordination of MEP systems and major structural components.
Monitor progress, resolve field challenges, and proactively mitigate risks to schedule and budget.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control reviews.
Review drawings, submittals, and specifications to anticipate and prevent field issues.
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, permits, and company standards.
Required Experience & Skills
10–15 years of experience as a Superintendent on complex construction projects.
Demonstrated expertise in MEP systems and out‑of‑ground construction.
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and safety practices.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Proactive problem‑solver with the flexibility to adapt to evolving site conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
OSHA certification preferred.
Work Environment & Benefits

Project scope includes a 354‑unit Class A luxury residential building.
On‑site team consists of the Superintendent and Project Manager.
Standard schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
