Position Overview :
The Salesforce Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Salesforce CRM platform. Working on a team, this individual will assist sales and operations by completing tasks to improve the Salesforce experience and ensuring data integrity
This is not a passive support role. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of platform performance, and contributes directly to operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Platform Administration & Configuration Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data security Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules Build and optimize flows and other automation to streamline business operAations Assist users with reporting, dashboards, and other requests CRM Optimization & Data Integrity
Maintain data quality standards including deduplication, mass updates, and import/export management Conduct regular audits of system data and configuration to identify and resolve issues proactively Develop and enforce data governance best practices across all departments User Support & Training
Serve as the first point of escalation for Salesforce-related questions and technical issues Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and user guides Improve the user experience by adjusting UI and other tools Project Management & Continuous Improvement
Partner with department leads to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions Lead system enhancements, seasonal releases, and new feature rollouts Stay current on Salesforce releases, updates, and best practices to recommend improvements Success Metrics:
High user adoption and satisfaction across all Salesforce-connected teams Reduction in manual processes through automation and workflow improvements Clean, accurate, and audit-ready data across all key objects Timely resolution of support requests and system issues Delivery of strategic projects on time and within scope Ideal Candidate:
Salesforce Administrator certification; additional certifications a plus 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience Strong understanding of and proficiency in Flows Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously Experience in solar, home improvement, or high-growth sales organizations preferred Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer usage and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires speed, accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities with poise. Utilization of complex systems is central to daily responsibilities.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive wages: $55,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Paid birthday off
