Pay: $18.00$26.45/hr (DOE) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30am5:00pm (Option for 410 schedule after training) Location: 1776 Millrace Dr., Eugene, OR PTO: 80 hours front-loaded on Day 1 What You'll Do Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions What We're Looking For Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and time management Customer service or retail experience a plus Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems Our Ideal Candidate: Acts and adapts to change Self-motivated and accountable Focuses on results and follows through Shares best practices and continuously learns Thrives in a team environment and stays positive We offer best industry benefits in class: The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $21.00-24.00 an hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
