**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm *(Option for 4×10 schedule after training)*
**Location:** 1776 Millrace Dr., Eugene, OR
**PTO:** 80 hours front-loaded on Day 1**What You’ll Do*** Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades* Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions* Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs* Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations* Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions**What We’re Looking For*** Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred (not required)* Strong attention to detail and time management* Customer service or retail experience a plus* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems**Our Ideal Candidate:*** Acts and adapts to change* Self-motivated and accountable* Focuses on results and follows through* Shares best practices and continuously learns* Thrives in a team environment and stays positive**We offer best industry benefits in class:*** The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $21.00-24.00 an hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity.
