Pay:
$18.00–$26.45/hr (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (option for 4×10 schedule after training)
Location:
1776 Millrace Dr., Eugene, OR
PTO:
80 hours front‑loaded on Day 1
What You’ll Do
Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades
Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions
Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs
Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations
Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions
What We’re Looking For
Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred (not required)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Customer service or retail experience a plus
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web‑based systems

Benefits
The full salary range for this position is $35,000-55,000 annually. The anticipated starting pay for this role is between $21.00-24.00 an hour, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
