Senior Salesforce BA & Process Analytics Lead

Qualifications

• Need to have - Salesforce functional knowledge: Comfortable navigating Salesforce with working knowledge of basic objects like accounts, opportunities, cases, etc.
• BA skills: Can gather and translate user needs into system requirements and user stories
• PM small to medium projects: Able to lead requirement gathering, manage stakeholder expectations, track timelines, and ensure deliverables

Nice to have

• Process Mapping: Working knowledge of tools like Miro/Lucidchart to create clear, end-to-end process maps that align with business objectives
• Working knowledge of B2B sales business domain
• Salesforce Reporting Skills: Able to use basic Salesforce reporting to uncover business problems and provide recommendations
