Position: Trade Compliance Analyst
Location: Nashua, NH
We are currently seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team. This position provides an opportunity for both professional and personal development in the field of international trade compliance. We will support and encourage expanding your skills and knowledge, whether you are new to the field or have current experience in the industry. This position is located in Nashua, NH.
Responsibilities
Review and audit trade policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with all U.S. Customs and Export Administration laws and regulations
Assist internal customers with import and export subject matter requests
Data entry and recordkeeping for trade compliance related functions
Audit global import/export documentation for accuracy, Harmonized Tariff Codes, ECCN codes
Maintain records per U.S. Customs requirements
CTPAT program maintenance and communication with business partners
Additional trade compliance responsibilities as business needs arise
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics, or equivalent educationalexperience
Strong attention to detail is critical along with analytical, research and database management skills utilizing computer software applications (Adobe/MS Excel/MS Word/Web-based applications)
Ability to work with accuracy and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Ability to work and drive tasks/projects to completion with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively on a team
