Role Description As an Account Manager, you'll be the strategic partner for our mid-market to enterprise clients. Your primary goal is to retain and grow these existing accounts via providing new solutions to these existing customers.
What You’ll Own Portfolio Mastery: Become the go‑to expert for your book of business, knowing each client's goals, challenges, and untapped potential
Relationship Architecture: Build unshakeable trust that opens doors to C‑suite conversations and strategic partnerships
Revenue Acceleration: Identify and execute upsell opportunities that feel natural, not forced
Referral Generation: Master the art of “the ask”turning satisfied clients into your best sales team
Expansion Hunting: Make strategic cold calls to new departments and decision‑makers within existing accounts

Your Qualifications 2-3 Years experience in enterprise and mid‑market account management
Experience managing a $500k‑$1M book of business (and you routinely add new lines of business + revenue)
Background in Service or Technology industries
Ability to navigate complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders
Skilled in multi‑channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, and phone calls/voice notes)
Capable in HubSpot CRM
Familiar with buying intent/lead list building tools (Apollo, Seamless, Lusha, AI, etc.)
Experience booking qualified sales appointments via targeted phone calls (and able to coordinate group meetings)
