Your Role As a HealthStreamer
As a HealthStreamer, you will help this vision come to life by generating interest, developing leads, and increasing market share.

Position Summary
Assist in generating interest, developing leads, and increasing market share. Work with sales leadership, marketing, and product management to generate, develop, and qualify new leads for the sales organization via telephone, email, and product launch campaigns. Respond to and qualify inbound leads from the website, trade shows, CRM tool, and inbound telephone inquiries. Target a number of qualified leads as set by sales leadership in the Sales Incentive Plan.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead follow up, development and qualification.

Cold calling and follow up with internal and external customers.

Qualify all leads generated by the website, trade shows, and inbound telephone inquiries. Deliver leads and forecast results accurately.

Gather relevant information for each lead before qualifying and handing off to sales.

Develop deep understanding of solutions, target audience, value proposition, and best practices for successful implementation.

Lead sales campaigns and collaborative efforts at specific healthcare accounts as assigned.

Based on product line, schedule product demos and drive to meet annual quota.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or related experience.

Internship or sales‑related experience preferred.

Healthcare experience preferred.

Previous Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred.

Cold calling and/or lead generation experience preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to quickly develop relationships from C‑suite to end users.

High integrity and professionalism; set expectations properly.

Comfortable working independently in an empowering, fast‑paced, results‑oriented culture.

Team player with willingness to take responsibility and accountability. Shares success with team members.
