Creator Category and Campaigns Manager - USDS

Responsibilities E-commerce's Business Creator Operations Team is responsible for empowering and incubating both merchants and creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The primary focus of the role is to drive the success of category specific merchants through creator affiliate engagement. You will design, execute and optimize large-scale creator campaigns through incentive optimization, data analytics, and cross-functional program management.

Design and implement creator campaigns to motivate creators on TikTok Shop and achieve monthly business growth for new and existing brand.

Leverage internal resources to refine strategies for identifying creator segments for campaigns and improve efficiency of campaign recruitment channels.

Pursue alignment with cross-functional stakeholders to incubate creators for commerce activation through creative brand and campaign partnerships.

Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding incentive engagement and budget utilization to maintain high campaign ROI.

Collaborate with merchant teams in other categories to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above.

3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce campaign management and operations.

Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects.

Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change.

Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Mixed experience in influencer campaigns, agencies and affiliate commerce space.

Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming.

Knowledge of category specific trends and products within creator commerce channels.

Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 - $191,330 annually. Compensation may vary within this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
