What You'll Do as a Mortgage Closer Own the Closing Process
Prepare all Closing Documents with accuracy, including balancing both the Initial and Final Closing Disclosure (CD)
Ensure closing packages meet investor requirements and regulatory standards
Safeguard timelines and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Actively engage with borrowers, settlement agents, loan officers, processors, and other internal partners
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Escalate issues when needed to maintain speed and service
Drive Results
Execute daily work queues with precision and urgency
Follow established procedures while maintaining compliance
Support the business with additional related duties as assigned
Represent the organization's culture and values in every interaction
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Mortgage industry experience is required
Closing experience preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory standards and investor guidelines
Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal
A customer‑first mentality with a desire to help individuals reach their financial and homeownership goals
