- Must have healthcare experience The Esplanade , a beautiful assisted living, is looking to hire a dynamic Marketer / Admissions to join our strong admissions team. This is an internal and external marketing position which requires sales experience, exceptional organizational skills, and an outgoing personality. Marketer / Admissions Salary: Great based on experience Responsibilities as a Marketer / Admissions Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, Assisted Living Facilities and community organizations Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals. Follow up on all accepted referrals to convert to an admission. Organize and execute marketing presentations and outings within various communities and hospitals. Attend healthcare events, conferences, networking events and community gatherings to represent our organization and expnd our network. Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to engage with the community and raise awareness of our services
Qualifications as a Marketer / Admissions Experience in Healthcare Marketing / admissions Strong communication skills, tech savvy Efficient, organized, able to multitask Willingness to attend evening and weekend events several times a year, as needed
