Marketer / Admissions -Must have healthcare experience

The Esplanade, a beautiful assisted living, is looking to hire a dynamic Marketer / Admissions to join our strong admissions team. This is an internal and external marketing position which requires sales experience, exceptional organizational skills, and an outgoing personality.

Marketer / Admissions Salary: Great based on experience

Responsibilities as a Marketer / Admissions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, healthcare professionals, Assisted Living Facilities and community organizations
• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources
• Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals. Follow up on all accepted referrals to convert to an admission.
• Organize and execute marketing presentations and outings within various communities and hospitals.
• Attend healthcare events, conferences, networking events and community gatherings to represent our organization and expnd our network.
• Develop and implement outreach programs and initiatives to engage with the community and raise awareness of our services

Qualifications as a Marketer / Admissions

• Experience in Healthcare Marketing / admissions
• Strong communication skills, tech savvy
• Efficient, organized, able to multitask
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend events several times a year, as needed
