Job Description Western Dubuque High School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Activities Director to lead and oversee all athletic and extracurricular programs. This position plays a key role in fostering student engagement, school spirit, and a culture of excellence by managing activities, supervising coaches and sponsors, and ensuring compliance with state and district policies.
The Activities Director will work collaboratively with school leadership, staff, families, and community partners to create inclusive opportunities that support student growth and achievement. Key responsibilities include overseeing scheduling, budgets, facilities, and student eligibility while promoting a positive and supportive environment for all programs.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to the district's vision of Better Every Day. This is a 230‑day contracted position with a salary range of $90,000–$110,000, plus comprehensive benefits.
