In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of digital advertising, working across various platforms to deliver impactful B2B and B2C campaigns, all while collaborating with a talented team of marketing professionals. Required Skills

5-7+ years of hands‑on experience with digital media buying and campaign management, including Google DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Deep understanding of multi‑channel paid media strategies, including social media platforms, programmatic advertising, and web analytics

Proven ability to develop and execute end‑to‑end ABM campaigns

Strong data analysis skills, with experience in KPI dashboards, A/B testing, and performance reporting

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder presentation skills

Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Funnel.io, Looker, and Google Tag Manager

Ability to manage complex budgets and multiple campaigns with attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills

Experience within the insurance or financial services industries

Familiarity with large data set management and advanced analytics

Experience with cross‑channel marketing strategies and integrated campaign planning

Prior mentoring or leadership experience within digital marketing teams

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Additional certifications in digital marketing or advertising modules are a plus

Relevant experience in a matrix organization environment

Other Requirements

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days a week at locations including NY, NY; Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future

Pay Rate: Hourly $55.00-$70.00

6‑month contract W2 - Potential extension
