Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition & Hunting
Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts across the United States.
Leverage our complete suite of solutions—Ocean & Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage—to build tailored, unbeatable proposals.
Masterfully articulate our value proposition to C-suite decision-makers, highlighting our #1 position in Asia and top leadership in the USA.
Lead complex negotiations with the confidence that our pricing and operational support will secure the win.
Strategic Prospecting & Relationship Building
Utilize our advanced tech stack to identify and prioritize high-value targets.
Build a robust pipeline by embodying our collaborative, team-oriented approach to winning business.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of proven, quota‑carrying sales experience hunting and closing new enterprise accounts in freight forwarding.
Proven experience selling core logistics services; familiarity with Warehousing, LTL, or Customs Brokerage is essential.
A demonstrated "hunter" mentality with the ability to build a pipeline from scratch.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated and resilient, able to thrive in a remote/hybrid environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
