Regional Early Engagement Leader Driving Strategic Opportunity Capture Through Early Engagement and Cross‑Functional Collaboration.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Sourcing, and other internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with Region Segment Directors, SP&S Regional Sales Directors and Geo Zone Directors to prioritize and ressource opportunities.

Align with Sales & Commercial global and regional leadership from earliest feasibility assessments and conceptual studies through design (FEED) to tender and contract closure.

Create and own the Capture plan with the Regional Sales team.

Develop and implement commercial strategies with commercial counterparts to improve and simplify the bidding cycle.

Drive Subsea tender strategies.

Partner with Early Engineering and Product Management to understand the product portfolio and support deployment of competitive and cost‑effective solutions.

Build external relationships with industry stakeholders to understand supply chain movements and subsea environment dynamics.

Implement a robust operating rhythm using digital systems and tools to monitor the opportunity pipeline and develop strategies aligned with the ITT schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven team leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to develop, influence and motivate others.

7+ years of experience in Subsea.

Substantial commercial leadership experience.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Change agent capable of driving sustainable change.

Willingness to travel globally (~25 %).
