Customer Service Representative
Quality Mobile Home Services is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service while speaking with potential clients on the phone in the Lake Elsinore, CA area. This call center position earns a competitive wage of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour plus commission and potential bonuses. In addition to competitive pay and our supportive company culture, we offer our call center associates a healthcare package after 90 days and weekly pay. DAY-TO-DAY This full-time phone position works an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday, with no weekend work. As a Customer Service Representative, you make a great first impression on behalf of our company. Your friendly tone on the phone is music to a potential client's ear when they call to get a quote, ask a question, or voice a concern. You listen closely, communicate clearly, and follow up when necessary, all to show our clients that we are eager to provide the best service possible. Sometimes, the questions or concerns come in by email, which means you address multiple issues at once. You are focused, though, and you know how to prioritize.
