Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator – Supply Chain Services

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our Supply Chain Services business.
This is an entry-level role designed for individuals interested in building a career in sales and business development, with hands-on exposure to marketing, customer engagement, and internal operations.
You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to support customer outreach, coordinate initiatives, and help drive new business opportunities.
- Support sales team with customer outreach, follow-ups, and lead tracking
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials
- Coordinate email campaigns and marketing initiatives that support sales efforts
- Maintain CRM data, track leads, and help manage pipeline activity
- Help organize trade shows, customer meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and project coordination
- 0–3 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
- Clear path into sales and business development roles
- Hands-on exposure to customers, sales processes, and marketing strategy

Additional Information:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Limited (up to 10%)
