Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator – Supply Chain Services

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our Supply Chain Services business.


This is an entry-level role designed for individuals interested in building a career in sales and business development, with hands-on exposure to marketing, customer engagement, and internal operations.


You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to support customer outreach, coordinate initiatives, and help drive new business opportunities.


What You’ll Do:
  • Support sales team with customer outreach, follow-ups, and lead tracking
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials
  • Coordinate email campaigns and marketing initiatives that support sales efforts
  • Maintain CRM data, track leads, and help manage pipeline activity
  • Help organize trade shows, customer meetings, and events
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and project coordination


What We’re Looking For:
  • 0–3 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow

Additional Information:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Travel: Limited (up to 10%)
