Financial/Secondary Marketing Analyst

Overview Primarily responsible for rate sheet, secondary market reporting, supporting lock desk work-flow by utilizing the pricing engine and investor websites. Responsible for supporting secondary market functions regarding reporting, policies, procedures and implementation with all guidelines set forth. Responsibilities Lock loan rates and pricing with investors for individual loans. Monitor margins to ensure target margins are met on an individual loan basis. Monitor secondary marketing inbox and respond to emails in a timely and accurate manner. Answer phone calls and voicemails in a timely and accurate manner. Supports origination channels throughout loan process on pricing and lock policy questions and concerns. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree in finance, accounting, business or related field or equivalent related experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer and data entry skills Broad knowledge of spreadsheet, database, word processing and MS Office software. 1 - 2+ years of customer service experience. Mortgage Industry Experience Preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
