Employee Relations & Labor Relations Coordinator Country/Region: MX Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive Employee Relations & Labor Relations Coordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in managing employee and labor relations across our operations. You will oversee complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with labor laws, and act as a trusted advisor to managers in both unionized and non‑unionized environments. In this position, you’ll work closely with local and international HR teams, supporting activities primarily in Mexico, while also contributing to initiatives in the USA and Brazil. Who You Are The ideal candidate is a senior HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Relations and Labor Relations within complex and multicultural environments. You have solid experience managing sensitive HR cases, working with labor unions, and ensuring compliance with labor legislation. You are autonomous, pragmatic, and capable of building trust with stakeholders at all levels while contributing to broader HR initiatives. What You’ll Do Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations. Act as the primary HR contact for labor unions and employee representatives, particularly in Mexico and Brazil. Support collective bargaining agreement negotiations and ensure proper implementation and compliance. Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and manage labor inspections and related processes. Provide HR support for the USA, including coordination of annual benefits enrollment. Contribute to generalist HR activities and support ad hoc or transitional HR tasks within the team. Train, coach, and advise managers on employee relations topics, labor law, and HR policies. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field. 5–8+ years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations. Experience in unionized environments and multi‑country scope. Fluent Spanish; professional English. Where You’ll Work México City (Iztapalapa), hybrid role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
