**Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

10+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications** Experience operating within a multiExperience leading teams across both direct and indirect reporting structures.

Willingness and ability to travel regionally and internationally up to 50%.

**Impact of This Role** This role is critical to strengthening Generac’s LMW quality performance and customer experience. The Quality Director will shape how quality is embedded across product integration, manufacturing processes and customer touchpoints, directly influencing operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Through leadership, strategy, and cross partnership, this role will accelerate the organization's journey towards **Physical Demands**: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
