What You’ll Do:
Lead and oversee our rehabilitation department with energy and vision
Support, mentor, and develop a talented therapy team
Ensure high-quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes
Manage scheduling, caseloads, and departmental efficiency
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
or
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Management or leadership experience is strongly preferred
Experience with
Net Health
and
Point Click Care (PCC)
required
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset
