What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing rehab team
• Oversee daily operations of the therapy department
• Ensure exceptional patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and departmental performance
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier care
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards

What You Bring

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Management or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with Net Health and Point Click Care (PCC) required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork and patient care
