About The Role We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner closely with senior leaders across Charlie Health to build high‑impact corporate teams. This role owns full‑cycle recruiting for high‑priority corporate roles, working directly with leadership as a strategic thought partner and shaping hiring strategy, building and maintaining high‑quality pipelines, and driving process improvements to elevate how we hire as we scale.

Responsibilities

Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑priority corporate roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs, success profiles, and interview strategies.

Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers, providing market insight, talent recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Develop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build diverse, high‑quality pipelines for complex and competitive searches.

Evaluate, interview, and present candidates with clear, structured recommendations that support confident and timely hiring decisions.

Drive efficiency and consistency across the recruiting process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing scalable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and momentum across searches.

Manage candidate experience end‑to‑end, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and alignment with the Charlie Health mission.

Take ownership of recruiting projects and initiatives beyond individual roles, contributing to the continued evolution of Charlie Health’s recruiting function.

Requirements

4‑7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success hiring for complex corporate roles in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.

Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Director+ level), acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner throughout the hiring process.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand role impact, assess trade‑offs, and align hiring strategy to broader organizational goals.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and drive alignment across diverse audiences.

Strong sense of ownership; able to manage multiple priorities, lead projects to completion, and continuously improve through feedback.

Organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to drive efficiency and momentum across searches while maintaining a high‑quality candidate experience.

Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency.

Benefits Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full‑time, exempt employees. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $109,000 and $136,000 per year. Cash compensation will be determined on an individualized basis and may be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Total compensation may also include stock options and other benefits.
