Construction Superintendent

Our client is seeking experienced Project Managers and Superintendents to lead and execute construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in high-end hospitality, retail, and specialty interior projects. These roles are critical in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review construction drawings and identify any discrepancies.
Develop and manage project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise field teams and subcontractors, ensuring performance and timelines are met.
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain job site cleanliness.
Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to track progress.
Monitor project progress and address any risks to schedule or budget.
Manage RFIs, reports, documentation, and project updates.
Oversee material delivery, installations, inspections, and final project close-out.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
Proven experience in high-end hospitality, retail, and specialty interior projects is a must.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and project execution.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments.
Relevant certifications (OSHA, safety, etc.) are a plus.
