As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.

Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, elevating client loyalty and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue.

Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience, performing lobby engagement and educating customers on managing financial transactions via technology and resources.

Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, strengthening customer loyalty.

Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and a heightened sense of scrutiny to avoid loss; participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Work Experience : 3+ years in a related role, degree or equivalent experience and knowledge required to accomplish primary duties; comparable education and experience may be considered.

Education : No degree required.

Certifications : None required.

Licenses / Background Checks : Candidates will undergo additional background checks per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
