Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, working with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems effectively. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion. Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 3+ years of relevant banking experience. Military service will be considered. Strong knowledge of banking products, digital tools, effective communication, and problem‑solving. Proven proactive sales approach, keen customer‑experience focus, and the ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced branch environment. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Compensation
Base Salary: $46,800 – $63,250 (incentive eligible). Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual performance. Benefits
