Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience, and presenting PNC solutions.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations.

Typically requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
