Personal Banker – Bulverde Marketplace Branch, San Antonio, Texas.
Working within PNC’s Retail Branch Banking Network, you’ll strengthen customer relationships through a defined sales process, engaging customers in conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions.
Bilingual Spanish Preferred Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial well‑being.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet.
Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations through inbound and outbound interactions including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
