This role is for a Personal Banker (Bilingual in Spanish preferred) based at PNC’s Pinecrest Branch, 10207 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest, FL 33156. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience to improve financial wellbeing.

Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.

Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience and lobby engagement activities.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and supporting PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
