Position Overview

As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you must be willing, open and able to work at different branches within the Orlando South Region based on business needs. This position is based at Downtown Orlando Branch, 201 East Pine Street, Orlando, FL 32801. Job Description

Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing, building loyalty, and increasing share of wallet. Participates in proactive sales and service activities, identifies referral opportunities, and collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer relationships. Drives proactive sales conversations through defined internal and outbound processes, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment-setting, and lobby engagement. Delivers a full PNC conversation on every client interaction to identify suitable PNC solutions, leveraging partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Creates customer loyalty and expands share of wallet via a differentiated experience. Performs lobby engagement to connect customers, position PNC products, and educate customers on managing transactions through technology and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, thereby driving loyalty. Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within limits, maintaining heightened scrutiny to prevent loss, and ensuring teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
