Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage customer experience, and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.

Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, delivering a full PNC conversation to identify appropriate PNC solutions.

Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, engaging customers in the lobby and positioning PNC products to meet their needs while educating on financial options.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent, with at least 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered.

Licenses Applicants may be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
