As a Personal Banker within PNC’s Retail Branch Banking organization at the Stow Branch office, you will be based in Stow, OH. Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience to improve financial wellbeing. Lead proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Provide a full PNC conversation with each client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, supporting customer loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny, and participate in daily branch operations. Desired Attributes

Base Salary: $47,000.00 – $63,000.00 (may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible. Benefits
