Job Description
Business Service Representative role provides Customer support to Equifax Mortgage Customers. In this role you will field telephone calls and/or emails pertaining to the support of our Mortgage Customers. What you’ll do
Answer customer calls and/or emails providing prompt issue resolution Manage outbound calls to gain information and or follow up to resolve customer issues Contribute to positive metrics: Quality, productivity, email aging, adherence, et cetera Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in Salesforce Additional Qualifications / Responsibilities
Minimum One Year Of Customer Service/support Experience Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills Proficiency in Salesforce Service Mortgage industry experience (preferred) Two plus years of experience in a B2B customer support environment In office, 10:30a to 7:00pm Mon - Fri Education
Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Location
