Vaco is recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal. This is a direct hire opportunity! Salary: $75-$80K Responsibilities
Draft and review real estate documents, contracts, leases, purchase agreements, deeds, title affidavits, and all other legal forms/documents. Manage the closing process from start to finish. Qualifications
Education/Experience: Other real estate professional experience, related college degrees, and Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal certifications are preferred, but not essential. Being a licensed title agent is a plus or willingness to become a licensed title agent within one year of employment will be considered. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills with clients. Professional curiosity and a desire to learn about and grow the parameters of this position. EEO Notice
