
Business Analyst - Salesforce Digital Program

Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to support our client, one of the country’s largest and most well-regarded credit unions, managing over $30B in member assets. As part of a major digital transformation initiative, they are re‑imagining their membership loyalty program to drive deeper engagement across banking and lending products. This high‑priority program is built on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, with member‑facing experiences delivered through Salesforce Experience Cloud and a hybrid mobile application built using Ionic. The Business Analyst will act as a key liaison across business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and external vendors. This role is focused on gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating requirements to ensure business needs are clearly translated into delivery‑ready artifacts. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented analyst who thrives in collaborative environments, understands digital platforms, and can support agile delivery teams with clear, structured documentation.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with business, product, technology, and vendor stakeholders Translate business needs into clear
user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria Develop and maintain delivery‑ready documentation, including process flows and supporting artifacts Partner closely with developers, QA, and product owners to clarify requirements and manage scope Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, and UAT activities Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered functionality Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and communicate them proactively Required Qualifications of the Business Analyst:
Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation Proven ability to work across business, product, technology, and vendor teams Experience translating complex business needs into structured, actionable user stories Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and cross‑functional team environments Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills Prior experience supporting Salesforce digital platforms (Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or related) Background in financial services, banking, or regulated environments Experience supporting customer‑facing digital or mobile initiatives Strong collaboration skills and ability to contribute quickly in fast‑moving programs Compensation of the Business Analyst:
