Piper Companies is seeking a

Salesforce Business Analyst

to join an industry leading credit union located in McLean, VA. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, supporting system enhancements, and optimizing workflows across lending, member services, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Salesforce initiatives.

Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and system configurations within Salesforce.

Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce features including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT) within an Agile environment.

Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of CRM solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce platforms.

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud required.

Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and Agile methodologies.

Experience with tools such as JIRA or Confluence for project tracking and documentation preferred.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst) highly preferred.

Experience within financial services or credit union environments preferred.

Compensation Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience
