Our client in the Nashville area is seeking a
Corporate Recruiter

opportunity is a long-term contract with a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting including managing intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, posting on job boards, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, extending offers, and managing the onboarding process
Recruiting for finance, marketing, and IT opportunities
Collaborating with hiring managers on internal openings
Organizing and maintaining candidate information in an ATS platform
Building a pipeline of qualified candidates
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in full-cycle corporate recruitment
Experience recruiting for IT, finance, and/or marketing opportunities
Experience managing ATS platforms
Must be comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies
Hybrid work in Nashville (in-office 3 days a week)
Ability to manage several job openings at once
Bachelor's degree is ideal
