Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. Compensation Package

Salary Range : Up to $60,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Service personal lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business

Process endorsements and policy renewals accurately and efficiently

Assist with light sales activities, if comfortable, to support agency growth

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

Utilize IMS Xanatek software for account management and documentation

Qualifications/Requirements

Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Experience :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance

Experience with Erie Insurance is highly preferred

Sales experience is a plus

Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and commute within a 30-minute radius

Proficiency in IMS Xanatek software is a plus, but training will be provided
