Junior Account Executive

Location: New York, NY- hybrid Responsibilities:

Assisted the Vice President of Sales with Accounts during market week, and line preparation. Work with buyers and assist in sales presentations Prepare and organize all samples in advance of meetings, ensuring readiness for presentations. Help prepare for meetings and market appointments by organizing marketing materials and samples. Direct to consumer sales support, and OTB/ATS inventory sales support.( open to buy, and available to sell) Review order status reports daily to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Resolve issues and reconcile order discrepancies in collaboration with customer service and account management. Coordinate closely with the product manager on all cuts placed for the branch, ensuring on-time delivery. Liaise with sales representatives, and buyers regarding purchase order preparations. Participate in trade shows and assist in managing the creation of product displays. Create and maintain online sheets for all appointments and special projects as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field. Internship experience in the fashion industry is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PLM systems.
